We had the Pleasure of eating here last night, after walking past the night before. What a experience, we met two of tge 3 brothers bother were lovely, they took the time to explain each dish, and the wine pairings for the meals. the food was outstanding and the experience in total is something I will never forget. If you are looking for a warm and friendly place to eat, then this is the place. Che buono!

Family-run restaurant with delicious, carefully prepared food. Fantastic service, waiter explained and translated the menu. Shared dishes were pre-divided which was a nice touch. Highly recommend the mussels, squid pasta, and panna cotta 😋

Great place! The fish was super fresh and delicious, and our little one (20 months) really enjoyed his pasta. The staff were very friendly and patient, even when our kid made a bit of a mess at the end. Prices are honest, and we highly recommend it!

A truely local restaurant experience. The food is simply fresh, local and very tasty. The brothers do a fantastic job in making you feel like you’re eating in their home. The menu changes depending on what is currently available. To get that real Sicilian style don’t go past Marbelli restaurant. GRAZI TO YOU ALL.

An authentic family run restaurant frequented by locals. I had linguine con gamberi and the most amazing torta di ricotta con pistacchi! I really like the menu read to me and only having a few options. As I said, it’s authentic - like being in Maria’s home kitchen!! Both the pastry and ricotta were baked perfectly. Service was attentive and Placido spoke excellent English! A must if in Messina!
I was very lucky to get a table without having reservation. Soon after that the place was full. Service, food, atmosphere were all top of the tops.

Delightful family-run restaurant somewhat hidden away but worth finding. Freshly handwritten menu explained to us with care by the young waiter; about 5 dishes per course on offer but beautifully cooked. The best food we've had in Sicily. Charming, much frequented by the locals.

Don’t even have words to describe it. Just a full on experience that me and my partner could not get enough of. Just wish we knew more italian to crack some jokes with the very cool waiters/owner/chefs (felt like they were doing it all).

What a great experience. There is no "menu" of sorts, as it varies depending on what produce is available. Fresh ingredients, well made, great service. Affordable prices. Most of the dishes could be made gluten free. Recommend highly.

Lovely authentic place. Run by 2 very friendly brothers and their mother! Delicious seafoodpasta with local fish and the best dessert ever. Would highly recommend going here and can't wait for my next visit... *****
